Berenice Beckles works within our Outsourcing Services division at Rogers & Company. She has nearly 18 years of public accounting and association management experience, making her a seasoned professional in managing accounting and consulting services across various industries. Prior to joining Rogers & Company, Berenice worked as a Director of Finance for multiple nonprofits at a national association management company, where she honed her skills in the finance and controllership function, working with a diverse range of nonprofit organizations. Her extensive experience includes providing Controllership and CFO support services, ensuring that clients receive timely financial information, and helping them enhance operational efficiency.

Berenice specializes in serving nonprofits, including associations, public charities, foundations, small businesses, and government contractors. Her expertise spans transactional processing, financial analysis and reporting, audit support, and oversight of internal controls. Berenice is particularly adept at guiding clients through the complexities of accounting and financial operations, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. She plays a key role in developing and monitoring key performance indicators, managing risks, and driving process improvements for her clients.

As a leader in the firm’s Outsourcing practice, Berenice oversees a team of talented professionals, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality accounting and reporting services. She is known for her ability to provide strategic business advisory services, particularly to associations, foundations, and other exempt organizations, helping them achieve their financial and operational goals. Berenice holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Andrews University, and a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, and she actively contributes to the firm’s leadership initiatives (including those focused on professional development), client service excellence, and diversity within the firm.
