Nicole Prince previously served as a Partner at Rogers & Company and continues to remain affiliated with the firm as a Strategic Advisor. In this role, she provides guidance to firm leadership and serves as a resource to internal teams on operational and strategic initiatives. Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, privately held businesses, and business executives. She has extensive experience with nonprofit taxation, including unrelated business income taxation, political activities and lobbying, public support matters, charitable registrations, payroll and benefits compliance, and other specialized tax issues affecting exempt organizations.

Throughout her career with the firm, Nicole worked closely with many of Rogers & Company’s national foundations and associations and provided guidance on complex Forms 990, 990-T, and related state filings. She also has significant experience assisting organizations with IRS examinations and compliance reviews.

In addition to her tax background, Nicole has prior experience overseeing financial statement audits for nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, and federally funded entities under both U.S. and international standards. Her combined audit and tax experience provides valuable perspective to the firm’s professionals when addressing the complex interplay between accounting and tax regulations.

Nicole also has significant executive leadership experience, having served in CFO roles at several organizations, and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Justice HQ, an innovative alternative law practice structure.

Nicole earned an M.S. in Accountancy from The George Washington University, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and is licensed as a CPA in the state of California.
