Jing is a Partner at Rogers & Company with 11 years of public accounting experience and a specialized focus on the nonprofit industry. Jing is renowned for her consultative approach. She frequently advises nonprofits on accounting best practices and guides them through audit results and recommendations.

Her proficiency extends to navigating the intricacies of auditing procedures and compliance requirements pertinent to financial statement audits for nonprofits, including Uniform Guidance and federal regulations. Jing’s experience includes overseeing a multitude of audits and advisory projects for nonprofit entities, as well as agreed-upon procedures, reviews, benefit plan audits, grant audits, and consultation on governance matters. Throughout her career, Jing has garnered a reputation for delivering exceptional client service marked by accessibility, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Prior to joining our firm, Jing’s career included serving as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche and other national CPA firms. Jing holds a M.S. in Accounting from the George Washington University School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from the Dongbei University School of Finance and Economics. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, serves in other volunteer and leadership roles within the firm, and is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs. Her volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater DC Diaper Bank.
