Mary Taylor is an Outsourcing Senior Manager at Rogers & Company with over 12 years of public accounting experience specializing in serving nonprofit and other business enterprises by providing Controllership and CFO support services, including maintenance and oversight of internal controls, transactional processing, financial analysis and reporting, audit support, and related accounting services. She works with clients in developing and monitoring key performance indicators, managing risks, and implementing process improvements.

With her diverse experience in the tax-exempt industry, Mary brings unique expertise in providing advice and technical guidance to clients regarding their implementation and adherence to new and existing GAAP, as well as ensuring the efficient operation of accounting and finance department operations.  She has extensive experience with financial statement preparation, financial analysis and reporting, technical analysis and research, internal control evaluations, and managerial and business expertise.  As a leader in the firm’s Outsourcing practice, Mary oversees a team of other talented professionals who work with our clients to effectively manage their accounting and reporting operations.

Mary holds an B.S. in Accounting from the Liberty University.  She is a member of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the AICPA, and is actively involved on several of the firm’s key leadership committees, including initiatives covering recruitment, diversity, and practice development.
