Tu Dang is a Partner at Rogers & Company with 13 years of public accounting experience and an exclusive focus on the nonprofit industry. Her experience includes providing audit, accounting, and advisory services to a variety of associations, charities, foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations. Tu also consults with leadership of nonprofits on accounting matters, best practices, and audit results and recommendations.

With her broad experience and exposure, Tu brings unique expertise to better assist clients engaged in joint ventures and national and international programs, and she’s involved with many of the firm’s clients who receive federal funding. She has a reputation for exceptional and timely client service, accessibility and responsiveness, and high quality, objective audit services. Tu’s experience includes overseeing financial statement audits under both U.S. standards and Uniform Guidance, as well as other audits subject to Government Auditing Standards; grant audits for various foreign agencies; benefit plan audits; and agreed-upon procedures. She provides business advisory services to her clients in areas including internal control structure, accounting policies and procedures, contracts and grants management, and governance matters. Tu assists clients in researching complex accounting and reporting issues, such as valuation of alternative investments, contribution accounting, indirect costs and rate structures, and capitalization of software development costs.

Tu holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
