Bill Siemers is a Partner at Rogers & Company with 10 years of public accounting experience focused on providing audit, accounting, and advisory services to nonprofit organizations. Bill has extensive experience managing financial statement and compliance audits for organizations ranging from emerging nonprofits to large, complex entities with revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Bill works closely with executive leadership and finance teams to provide practical guidance on accounting standards, internal controls, financial reporting, and operational best practices. He is known for his strong client relationships, responsiveness, and ability to effectively manage complex audit engagements while mentoring and developing engagement teams. His experience includes overseeing audits conducted under U.S. generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, and Uniform Guidance requirements.

Throughout his career, Bill has played an active leadership role in talent development, recruiting, and firm innovation initiatives. He has served as a career advisor to associates and senior associates, participated in recruiting efforts and university outreach programs, and contributed to audit innovation initiatives focused on improving firm efficiency and leveraging new technologies.

Prior to joining Rogers & Company, Bill served as an Assurance Manager at RSM US LLP, where he managed nonprofit audit engagements and advised clients on financial reporting and compliance matters.

Bill holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and Maryland, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
