Mary Taylor is a Partner and Director of the Outsourcing practice at Rogers & Company, bringing more than 18 years of public accounting experience to her work with nonprofit organizations and other enterprises. She leads the firm’s delivery of Controllership and CFO advisory services, encompassing the design and oversight of internal controls, transactional processing, financial analysis and reporting, audit support, and a full range of related accounting services. Mary partners with clients to develop and monitor key performance indicators, manage organizational and financial risk, and implement process improvements that strengthen the finance function and support informed decision-making.

Drawing on deep experience across the tax-exempt sector, Mary offers clients specialized advice and technical guidance on the implementation of, and compliance with, new and existing GAAP, while ensuring their accounting and finance operations run efficiently and effectively. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, financial analysis and reporting, technical research, and internal control evaluation, complemented by broad managerial and business acumen. As a leader within the firm’s Outsourcing practice, Mary directs a team of talented professionals who help clients manage their accounting and reporting operations with accuracy, discipline, and insight.

Mary holds a B.S. in Accounting from Liberty University and is a member of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Within the firm, she serves on several key leadership committees, contributing to initiatives in recruitment, diversity, and practice development.
